Concussion & TBI Treatment
Kessler Spine & Rehab provides thorough concussion and mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) evaluation for auto accident patients in Bradenton and Riverview. Both locations administer ImPACT neurocognitive testing and offer interactive vestibular and ocular-motor rehabilitation exercises to address post-accident symptoms such as dizziness, imbalance, light sensitivity, and visual tracking difficulty. ImPACT results are reviewed by Dr. Felicia Danio, D.C., DIBCN, FIACN, DIBE — a Diplomate and Fellow of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology and a Diplomate of the International Board of Electrodiagnosis — in person at our Bradenton office or via telehealth, with neuropsychological review available when needed. Our Bradenton office additionally offers NeckCare's objective cervical and TBI functional assessment and motion guidance. When clinically indicated, both locations coordinate outside referrals — including brain MRI, neuropsychological evaluation, neurology, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy — as part of a comprehensive recovery plan. Our findings are documented to support both patient recovery and medical-legal case documentation, including final narrative reports and impairment ratings.
