1. Website Information Only

This website provides general information only and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. All care decisions occur during in-person visits. The content is educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Our Services

Kessler Spine and Rehab provides chiropractic care, spinal rehabilitation, and treatment for auto accident injuries and personal injury cases in Bradenton and Riverview.

Our team, including Dr. Felicia, a Chiropractic Neurologist, evaluates and treats patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and neurological deficits immediately following accidents. This includes initial assessments, diagnostics, and referrals for advanced imaging (MRI/CT) and medical specialists as needed.

We welcome same-day appointments and walk-ins for recent car accident patients, subject to availability during office hours.

Emergency Medical Care: Chiropractic care is not a substitute for emergency care. We do not treat life-threatening conditions. For severe symptoms (loss of consciousness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, etc.), call 911 or go to the ER immediately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Same-day visits for recent auto accidents are accommodated when possible. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

4. Treatment & Outcomes

Treatment plans are individualized. We make no guarantees or warranties about results, including for TBI or neurological care. Outcomes vary.

EMC Note: We do not determine Emergency Medical Conditions (EMC) under Florida law — this requires a qualified MD/DO. We coordinate with medical providers.

5. Billing & Insurance

We accept PIP, auto insurance, and most major plans. Our billing company handles claims. You are responsible for all amounts not covered by insurance, co-pays, deductibles, and self-pay balances. We do not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.

6. HIPAA & Privacy

We protect your health information per HIPAA. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Kessler Spine and Rehab and its staff are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from website use or services. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your reliance on website information or failure to seek emergency care.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes are resolved in Manatee County courts.

9. Changes & Contact
